Tabasco Tabernacle

Global Frequency Music & Pulp Vision lab productions proudly present: 'Tabasco Tabernacle', a project aiming on maximum stimulation of audio-visual senses, an extremely creative and artistic international initiative, concept and challenge, a collective effort created by more than 40 Dutch and American artists & musicians, a sonic exploration blurring musical boundaries with mind-altering sounds & grooves and artistic controversial visual tour illustrating an atmosphere of provocative confusion.

Global Frequency & Pulp Vision lab productions, initiated and coordinated this extremely creative and artistic international initiative and challenge. They developed the concepts, storyboards and screenplays for this unique and controversial visual production for the Tabasco Tabernacle DVD project. Ron Weijers, Easton Davy and Willem van Veldhuizen, three multi-talented creative personalities, teamed up in order to guarantee the artistic values of the visual content.


Ron Weijers, concept & product developer, musician, songwriter, painter, photographer, illustrator, graphic designer and on top blessed with good organizational skills, Easton Davy, painter, illustrator and graphic designer, also with strong capacities in concept development and last but not least Willem van Veldhuizen, painter, illustrator, musician and songwriter. Together they developed a Tabasco Tabernacle concept and orchestrated the guidelines and stroryboards regarding the visual content of the in total over 60 minutes of videomaterial produced. In order to guarantee diversity in the visual material used they took the decision to invite a selected group of visual artists to participate in the Tabasco Tabernacle production. A collective effort by more than 40 Dutch and American artists & musicians injected their creativity into this unique audio-visual project. The wonderfull world of Global Frequency & Tabasco Tabernacle project. The selected group of visual artists participating in the Global Frequency - Tabasco Tabernacle project consist of the following highly creative and gifted souls.
New York based American painter Joe Davis participated with a collection of his latest paintings, the international respected Rotterdam based, Croatian photographer and illustrator Max Dereta participated with an enormous photographic collection and provided the concept guidelines for one of the videoclips of the production, the Dutch, Middelburg based painter Ben Game enriched the visual material with a huge quantity of his paintings, New York based painter & photographer Toni Dalton almost daily submitted new photographic work on top of her photogrpahic project 'Contrast & Decay', a unique collection of collages from the in The Hague based, Dutch collage artist & painter Carolien Vermeulen added another strong visual asset to the collected visual material, the Schiedam based Dutch multi-talented painter, illustrator, animator, videoproducer and much more, Pieter Zandvliet added a huge collection of his characteristic drawings, paintings and animations on top and last but not least the Rotterdam based, Dutch photographer Joke Schot especially photographed and compiled an incredible amount of work for the Tabasco Tabernacle project. Ron Weijers, Easton Davy and Willem van Veldhuizen could not hold back of course and added an even larger quantity of visual material to the total. An representing indication from the artistic work together with a biographical introduction of all the artists is shown within the chapter ArtBox.

Tabasco Tabernacle ArtBox

The Global Frequency - Tabasco Tabernacle DVD release has been made available as a luxury handpainted, numbered & signed limited edition releaseof one hundred ArtBoxes. All ArtBoxes have been handcrafted and painted by the artists Ron Weijers, Easton Davy or Willem van Veldhuizen and on top of the Tabasco Tabernacle DVD it contains a limited edition CD, containing all nine previous released global Frequency CD's in mp3 format, the Tabasco Tabernacle book and folder containing ten high quality, numbered and signed glicee art-prints. The ArtBox glicee art-prints ( as shown within the individual artist ArtBox pages and below) are produced from original artwork of the in this new Global Frequency Tabasco Tabernacle audio-visual DVD project participating artists: Ron Weijers, Easton Davy, Willem van Veldhuizen, Max Dereta, Toni Dalton, Carolien Vermeulen, Pieter Zandvliet, Ben Game, Joe Davis and Joke Schot.

Volgens mij zou het goed zijn als jij dan ook wanneer je een persbericht wilt melden deze naar de redactie mailt.

Is niet lullig bedoeld Pieter, nee het ook niet zo op. Wat je krijgt met persberichten die apart op de site staan is dat die de overhand zullen krijgen en dat een artikel/column of wat dan ook dan sneller van de eerste pagina zal verdwijnen. Denk dat het voor iedereen leuker blijft als er 1 mail is met persberichten en de rest over is voor de correspondent
