Door Woonstad en deelgemeente Delfshaven is Creatief Beheer gevraagd een trajectplan te ontwikkelen en uit te voeren, waarbij de spoordijk en de ontwikkeling van het gebied eromheen centraal staat: Buitenplaats Spangen.

CDshark is an online cd store allowing independent artists worldwide distribution and sales. It is imperative that the independent artist is provided the opportunity to make their music heard and it is just as important to us that we are the vehicle to make the artist’s dreams a reality. Due to our current location in the heart of Europe, we have placed our focus on the independent artists that reside in the European community. However, it is in our best interest to cooperate with any artist spanning the globe.
CDshark is offering free membership. No monthly fees or starting costs are necessary in order for the independent artist to fully benefit from our services. The artist must submit two CD's to start with and they will be placed in our storage located in Rotterdam (The Netherlands). When the CD is purchased through CDshark , it will be sent to the buyer in exchange for payment.
The artist will receive their sales earnings on a weekly basis via a secure money transfer. It is of great pertinence that the music that is submitted to CDshark is 100% copyrighted. CDshark must avoid any legal disputes with record labels, management and/or any other participants involved in the artist's career in order to preserve honest and clean business etiquette.
The artist will always have complete control of their music and have the option of terminating their membership at any time without any obligations or fees to CDshark . We will never give out personal information to anyone! CDshark is the easiest way to promote and distribute independent music without the corporate hassle. We are taking submissions now and are eager in playing a part in the success of the independent artist.
